The IEEE CAMSAP 2023 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce Student Travel Support, sponsored by the IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS), for student authors from all over the world. SPS membership is required at the time when application is made for this support: how to join SPS.

The grants will be awarded on a highly competitive basis to a select number of applicants who have a genuine need for financial support to attend IEEE CAMSAP 2023. The awardees will be selected by a committee and the paper quality will be taken into consideration. The travel grant result will be posted on this website. Applicants will be notified of the decision by email.

The grants may only be used to cover travel expenses to attend IEEE CAMSAP 2023. The grants, if approved, will be distributed via a reimbursement shortly after the workshop. The selected students will be asked to provide copies of their receipts (all in one document) after the workshop for processing of the reimbursement. Successful applicants will be notified with further instructions.

The deadline to submit a travel grant application is November 10, 2023. Please send your grant request to Piya Pal (pipal@eng.ucsd.edu) and Kejun Huang (kejun.huang@ufl.edu) with:
1. A brief letter from your advisor providing your status (M.S., Ph.D., year of study) and the need for the travel support;
2. A document with your expected costs for attending the workshop;
3. The paper number(s) on which you are an author or a co-author; and
4. Your IEEE membership number and your SPS membership status.
