The reservations must be made by October 23, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time (cut-off date). On this date, the Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the Meeting, return the unreserved rooms to its inventory for general sale, and determine whether it can accept additional reservations.
Room Rate Calculation. The nightly room rate is calculated as follows:
Room Rate $211.00
Fee and Tax $29
Nightly Room Rate $240
Daily Package Rate for Local Students (Costa Rican Nationals). The hotel agrees to offer a daily meeting package rate of $52.00 + 23% per student per day. This rate will include AM Coffee Break, PM Coffee Break, and lunch (including one non-alcoholic beverage per person). Additionally, participation in the Welcome Reception will be $52.00 + 23% per person and include hors d’oeuvres and a 2-hour Standard Open Bar.
Rate Extension. The Group Rate shall be offered for a period of three (3) days before and three (3) days after the Meeting Dates subject to the availability of rooms at the time of reservation to accommodate those who wish to extend their visits.
The Hotel will provide the Group with the following additional concessions:
• Complimentary Welcome beverage at satellite group check-in.
• Complimentary High-Speed Internet Access in guest rooms.
• Complimentary standard Internet Access in meeting rooms.
• 15% Discount on Golf Green Fee and Spa Services.
• Complimentary hospitality desk with Internet access and telephone hookup
• Double Marriott Bonvoy Points (max of 120,000 points) to Signal Processing Society account.
• Satellite group check in and Express Checkout.
• Complimentary use of gym.
• Complimentary AM & PM Breaks on meeting days (chef’s choice)
• 50% discount on Daily $30.00 Resort Fee
