Author registration includes:
- Tutorials, plenary talks, and technical sessions.
- Workshop proceedings.
- Daily lunches and coffee breaks (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
- Welcome reception (Sunday evening).
- Dinner (Monday and Tuesday).
Spouses F&B package
CAMSAP 2023 will offer a premium fee to cover spouses. The fee costs US$ 270.60 (taxes included) and covers all meals (lunch and dinner) at the same conditions as the other attendees, from the dinner on Dec. 10, 2023, to the lunch on Dec. 13, 2023. Coffee breaks are not included.
For kids between 6 and 12 years old a 50% discount applies on this price. Kids below 6 years old do not pay (unless they order something from the kids menu in the restaurant). Kids menu a la carte is also available in case.
